Online booking with RAB Arztbesuche is a request channel through which you can call out a licensed physician for a home visit in Berlin daily from 6 am to midnight — usually arriving within 60 to 90 minutes.

The online form is built for speed: you tell us what you need and when works for you — we assign the next available specialist and confirm by email. Please keep 112 for life-threatening emergencies; we are not a substitute for emergency services or the ER.
- Choose a service — e.g. acute complaints, sick note / prescription needs, or a short consult (no sensitive health details in free text; we clarify in person).
- Address & time window — we operate across Berlin and nearby Brandenburg, typically with 60–90 minutes response time.
- Contact details — phone for callbacks; booking confirmation by email.
- Confirmation — written appointment confirmation; if capacity is tight we call with alternatives.
- House visit — the doctor arrives with typical home-visit equipment.
- Invoice (GOÄ) — private patients and self-payers receive a transparent invoice under the German physicians’ fee schedule (GOÄ).
Costs & GOÄ — orientation
Fees depend on the type and extent of care (GOÄ items). After the visit you receive a structured invoice for submission to private health insurance or Beihilfe (civil-service allowance). Statutory-insurance patients typically use our service as self-pay.
